Rights regarding personal data

The use of our Internet offer is possible in principle also without announcement of your personal information.
Upon request, you will receive from us at any time and free of charge information about the data stored about you and can have incorrect data corrected (Art. 15 and Art. 16 DSGVO). If the legal requirements are met, you can also request blocking or deletion of the stored data (Art. 17 and Art. 18 DSGVO). In addition, you may object to the processing of your personal data in the context of the performance of public tasks at any time in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO in order to stop the processing of your personal data. Processing will be stopped pursuant to Art. 21 DSGVO unless compelling legitimate grounds are demonstrated by the processing entity that make processing necessary.

Consent (Consent) to the collection, use and processing of personal data.

Outside of legal obligations, personal data may only be collected, used or processed with (and within the scope of) your consent. To ensure this, you may be asked at various points during the use of our website to agree to our data protection provisions or to the processing of your data for a specific purpose (e.g. contacting us using the contact form). You must not suffer any disadvantage from non-consent or a revocation. A revocation can only be declared with effect for the future. If you wish to revoke your consent, please click here: love@love-tantra.com

Consent by minors

Persons under the age of 18 should not transmit any personal data to us without the consent of their legal guardians. According to Art. 8 DSGVO, children up to 16 years of age may declare such consents only with the consent of their legal guardians. Personal data of minors are not deliberately collected and processed.

Data security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data from access by unauthorized persons and from manipulation, transmission, loss or destruction. We regularly review our security procedures and adapt them to technological progress. All data transmitted to and from us is protected by appropriate encryption procedures, during and after its transport. This website is certified by AlphaSSL certificate from GlobalSign.

Disclosure and transfer of personal data

All personal data will only be disclosed with your explicit consent, or due to legal obligation, and will not be used for any other purposes than those stated in our Privacy Policy.

Data collection, use and processing
Electronic data collection within the web offer

If you are requested to enter data about yourself within our website, this data is transported via the Internet using SSL encryption in order to protect your data from being read by unauthorized persons.

Electronic mail (e-mail)

If you send us e-mails, your e-mail address will only be used for correspondence with you. Information that you send to us unencrypted by e-mail can possibly be read by third parties on the transmission path. As a rule, we are also unable to verify your identity and do not know who is behind an e-mail address, so that legally secure communication by simple e-mail is therefore not guaranteed.
We use SSL or TLS exclusively for sending and receiving e-mails. The transport of e-mails is thus encrypted.
We also use so-called SPAM filters against unwanted advertising, which in rare cases can automatically classify even normal e-mails as unwanted advertising by mistake and delete them. E-mails that contain harmful programs (“viruses”) are deleted by us automatically in all cases. Due to the general uncertainty in e-mail traffic, it cannot be guaranteed that a sent e-mail will reach the addressee. You should therefore check whether e-mail is actually the most suitable method of transmission for your purposes.

If you want to send messages to us that are worthy of protection, we recommend using our SSL-encrypted contact form instead of e-mail, or send this message to us by conventional mail.
If we are approached by e-mail, we assume that you agree to communication by this means and that it can take place in this way, unless legal regulations prevent this.

Acceptance of signed electronic mail
Unfortunately, for technical and organizational reasons, we are currently unable to check electronic signatures for authenticity and validity. We are currently unable to receive either encrypted or signed electronic mail. As a result, you will not be able to send documents that require a written form, i.e. a personal signature, in electronic form. We therefore ask you to use paper-based communication in these cases.

Contact forms

When you use our contact form, your data is encrypted using an SSL connection (https://) and protected in accordance with Section 13 (7) of the German Telemedia Act (TMG). In addition, you will be asked to confirm your consent to our privacy policy by clicking on the checkbox contained in the form. Only after you have given your consent in this way will your request be sent to us. The information you send us will be stored exclusively for the purpose of processing your request, used only for processing your request and deleted after it has been completed, provided that no legal storage/documentation obligations prevent deletion.

Information on automated data collection and storage
Logging

When you call up this or other Internet pages, you automatically transmit data to our web server via your Internet browser.

The following data is logged during an ongoing connection:

– Date and time of the request
– Name of the requested file
– Page from which the file was requested
– Access status (file transferred, file not found, etc.)
– Amount of data transferred
– browser type/ browser version
– Operating system used
– referrer URL
– Host name of the accessing computer

The transmitted IP address is logged as an anonymous call for statistical purposes in an abbreviated form at domain level, which does not contain any personal information, so that it is no longer possible to draw conclusions about you. Unless otherwise stated in the following sections, no personal data is collected, processed or used when you use our website.
However, the Google Analytics application (see below for more details) provides us with certain technical information based on data transmitted by your browser (e.g. browser type/version, operating system used, web pages visited on our site incl. duration of visit, previously visited web page), which we evaluate for statistical purposes only.
After the end of the connection, this data is logged by us for reasons of technical security, in particular to defend against attempted attacks on our web server. Notwithstanding this, we reserve the right to use IP addresses in the event of attacks on the Internet infrastructure. The data is processed exclusively for this purpose and in anonymous form for statistical purposes; it is not compared with other data or passed on to third parties, even in excerpts.

Cookies
Cookies are small text files that are stored by your browser when you use websites. These are stored locally on the hard drive of your computer and kept ready for later retrieval. If you continue to actively use our website after the information on our initial website, we assume that you consent to the use of cookies described in this privacy policy. Of course, you can object to the use of cookies in general or for individual applications (see below) at any time.
We use the well-known content management system (CMS) WordPress for our pages. WordPress sets a so-called session cookie when a website is visited for the first time, so that the visitor can be assigned for the purpose of individual options in the further course of his visit. This serves the user-friendliness of our site.

The following cookies are used:
Session cookies for website navigation
You-Tube: We use embedded videos from YouTube on our website. These cookies are set by YouTube to collect anonymous playback of these videos
Google cookie for map display

Evaluation of user behavior (web tracking systems)

Programs for evaluating user behavior are only used by us in anonymized form. Your IP address is first anonymized and only then evaluated by us or transmitted to third parties for evaluation. This function can be switched off by you by setting your internet browser. (for Google Analytics see below)

Google Analytics

Google Analytics [web analysis service, Google Inc.] analyzes the use of our Internet pages on the basis of an order data processing contract (ADV contract). Google Analytics uses cookies (small files), which are stored on your computer to enable an analysis of the use of our website. The usage information generated in this way is subsequently transferred, at least as a rule, to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Since we have activated the IP anonymization on our pages -by means of the code-, Google shortens (within the EU member states or other contracting states of the EEA) the collected IP addresses before their transport. Only in exceptional cases are full IP addresses transferred to Google servers in the USA and only shortened there. On our behalf, Google will use this information for the sole purpose of evaluating your use of our website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to us (the operator). The shortened and anonymized IP address transmitted by your browser will not be merged with other data by Google.

By setting your browser software accordingly, it is possible to prevent cookies from being stored, but this may mean that not all functions of our website are fully accessible. However, you can prevent the collection, use and processing of your data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available here: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de. You can also prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by clicking on a so-called opt-out cookie, which will prevent the future collection of your data when you visit our website. Further information on the terms of use and data protection at Google Inc. can be found at: http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html, or https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/.

Active components
Active components, such as JavaScript, Java applets or Active-X controls, are used in the information offered by the publishing authority. These functions can be deactivated in the browser settings of your Internet browser.

Use of web fonts
External fonts, Google Fonts, are used on these Internet pages. Google Fonts is a service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). The integration of these web fonts is done by a server call, usually a Google server in the USA. This transmits to the server which of our Internet pages you have visited. The IP address of the browser of the end device of the visitor to these Internet pages is also stored by Google. You can find more information in Google’s privacy policy, which you can access here:

By using the offer, the user agrees to the processing of data collected about him by Google, its representatives, or third-party providers. The terms of use can be found on the provider’s website. https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de.

Privacy policy for the use of the Google calendar

Privacy policy for the use of ajax.googleapis.com/ jQuery
On this site, we use Ajax and jQuery technologies, which allows us to optimize loading speeds. In this regard, program libraries are called from Google servers. Google’s CDN (content delivery network) is used. If you have previously used jQuery on another page from the Google CDN, your browser will fall back to the cached copy. If this is not the case, this will require a download, whereby data from your browser will be sent to Google!Inc. (“Google”). Your data will be transferred to the USA. You can find out more on the providers’ pages.

Collection of data
We do not collect any personal data about visitors to our website. Based on an order data processing contract (ADV contract), our service provider stores the following data from your visit, depending on the access protocol used:
– Date and time of the request,
– access method/function requested by the requesting computer,
– input values transmitted by the requesting computer (file name),
– access status of the web server (file transferred, file not found, command not executed, etc.),
– as well as the name of the requested file.
The IP address of the computer from which the request was sent is not stored. The service provider only gives us aggregated information about the number of visitors related to the domain name.

Disclaimer of external links
External links open in a new window. By this call and linking method we avoid an automatic short-time intermediate storage of these “foreign information”, so that we do not carry any responsibility for the data protection for these foreign contents. Through external links, we exclusively show the access to the use of these contents (§ 8 TMG): We are not responsible for these contents, since we have neither initiated the transmission of the information, selected the addressee of the transmitted information and the transmitted information itself or changed.

YouTube videos

Simply opening web pages with embedded YouTube content generates a connection to “Google Double-Click”, even if the video is neither clicked on nor played. In order to better protect your data, we have embedded all YouTube videos on our site in extended data protection mode (Share/ Embed/ Show more/ Activate extended data protection mode): The link “www.youtube.com” becomes www.youtube-nocookie.com).

Our website is equipped with a YouTube plugin. As soon as you visit pages equipped with the YouTube plugin, a connection is established with a YouTube server. This server is informed which of our pages you have visited. If you are logged into your YouTube account at this time, you enable YouTube to assign your surfing behavior to your personal profile. If you log out of your YouTube account before visiting our pages, you can prevent this. For more information on how YouTube handles your user data, please visit www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/, and read the privacy policy of Google Inc. that applies to YouTube.

Social media plugins

Due to the currently still uncertain legal situation, we have decided to refrain from using social media plugins (such as those from Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, Twitter, Xing, etc.) for the time being.

Changes to the privacy policy
We reserve the right to change this privacy policy in order to adapt it to changed legal situations and technical standards. Our users are asked to inform themselves regularly. This privacy policy is currently on the status of 03.2022.
